Learning & Teaching Academic Staff Development Program: Student Engagement - Online
During this session participants will draw upon pedagogic scholarship of student engagements to:
1. Deepen their understanding of theories and principles of student engagement; and
2. critically reflect on their own practice in relation to these.

All staff are welcome to attend and participate in components that meet their needs. The workshop has two components, a plenary session considering the topic and then two breakout options, ‘into practice’ where we explore how the topic might be implemented in the participants teaching practice or ‘shut up and write’ facilitating the reflective writing for your teaching portfolio, GCTE, HEA participants.
